∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Strong knowledge of spinning mill machinery and mechanical systems.
∎ Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical problems.
∎ Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
∎ Familiarity with industrial safety standards and best practices.
∎ Competence in maintenance software and MS Office applications.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A reputed spinning concern export-oriented group of companies, looking for a professional as follows:
∎ Lead and manage the mechanical maintenance operations of all machinery and equipment in the spinning mill.
∎ Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of mechanical systems.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
∎ Supervise and guide a team of mechanical engineers and technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to maintenance plans.
∎ Plan and manage the installation, servicing, and upgrading of spinning mill machinery and equipment.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards in all mechanical activities.
∎ Maintain an inventory of essential spare parts and tools to support uninterrupted mechanical operations.
∎ Prepare and manage the mechanical maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
∎ Collaborate with the production and electrical teams to ensure efficient plant operations.
∎ Keep detailed records of machinery performance, maintenance activities, and repair histories.
∎ Stay updated on the latest advancements in spinning mill technology and implement improvements as needed.
