Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
∎ Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as instructed by the MD.
∎ Attend meetings (as required) and take accurate notes/minutes.
∎ Act as the first point of contact for the MD with internal staff and external parties.
∎ Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
∎ Assist in project coordination and follow-ups on tasks assigned by the MD.
∎ Monitor and filter emails, and prepare draft responses for the MD.
∎ Perform any additional duties assigned by the MD to support daily business operations.
∎ The PA must ensure smooth coordination between the MD and all internal and external stakeholders.
