Experience:

• 5 to 10 years

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

• B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a reputed university(Preferably from BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET or similar).

• Diploma holders with experience can apply.

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning

• Age 35 to 50 years
• Only Male

• At least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• In-depth knowledge of modern spinning machinery Familiarity with utility systems and automation.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Willingness to stay at factory site

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and technically skilled professional to lead our Mechanical & Electrical department in a modern Spinning Mill. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting spinning machinery and utility systems.

• Oversee the mechanical and electrical operations of all spinning mill machinery (Ring Frame, Carding, Draw Frame, etc.)

• Lead a team of technicians to ensure proper preventive and breakdown maintenance

• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives

• Ensure smooth operation of utility equipment (Boiler, Generator, Compressor, Transformer, etc.)

• Maintain records of all maintenance work and spares inventory

• Liaise with production and quality departments to ensure efficient machine performance

• Ensure safety standards and compliance with regulatory requirements
