We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and technically skilled professional to lead our Mechanical & Electrical department in a modern Spinning Mill. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting spinning machinery and utility systems.
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods.
Ensure systematic storage of cotton, yarn, packaging materials, and accessories with proper labeling.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate stock to prevent production delays.
Conduct periodic stock verification, reconciliation, and reporting.
Implement FIFO (First In First Out) and LIFO where applicable.
Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and verify Goods Received Notes (GRN), Issue Slips, and Delivery Challans.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
Maintain computerized stock management system (ERP / software / manual register).
Coordinate with Purchase Department for timely procurement of required materials.
Liaise with Production, Maintenance, and Quality Departments to ensure availability of required items.
Work closely with Accounts Department for reconciliation of store-related bills and vouchers.
Supervise storekeepers, assistants, and workers to ensure smooth operations.
Implement safety, security, and housekeeping standards in the store.
Prevent loss, pilferage, or damage of materials through effective control measures.
