Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Post-Graduation Diploma on HR will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, General HR, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, HRIS/ HR Database Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor that all HR related data, records, reports, formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per company's HR policies and procedures.
∎ To coordinate & monitor manpower requirement as per approved manpower plan and subsequent recruitment, selection and placement.
∎ Ensuring 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules (Srom Bidhimala).
∎ Ensuring the factories always prepared/ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, technical/Quality Assurance Audit & Security System Audit (CTPAT), FCCA, SCS, GSV etc.
∎ Has to be well conversant regarding Accord & Alliance compliance requirement of electrical, fire protection/detection/SLD/LPS and Building code.
∎ Ensuring Compliance on Health & Safety as per in house check list.
∎ Ensuring Access/Right to Inspection during buyer's Audits.
∎ Ensuring Compliance related MIS are properly maintain, update
∎ Follow up / take instant corrective action on auditors certain minor findings /discrepancies during audit.
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up; regularly as per CAP submitted.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers compliance inspection.
∎ Follow up all data, records, reports, formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, update & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.
∎ To lead, direct, control, motivate, appraise & trained-up fellow staffs
∎ Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge on Labor law 2006 & Labor Rules 2015
∎ Have sound knowledge on different buyers Code of Conduct
∎ Should have sound knowledge on different certification.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
