• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Fashion Designing
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Human Resource Management
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Management

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Age At least 35 years

• Plan, organize, and oversee all production activities to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with the merchandising, sourcing, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely resolution of issues.

• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Order status monitoring & regularly scheduled meetings with merchandising & marketing for order planning.

• Building relationship with Merchandising department & production people for smooth operation.

• Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.

• Ensure accurate management of production planning and staffing according to the Man Machine Ratio (MMR).

• Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.

• Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give a quick solution for a smooth operation.

• Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.

• Prepare and update production schedules, monitor progress, and resolve any production issues.

• The candidate must have strong knowledge about Yarn Dyeing, Dyeing, Washing, Knitting, Printing, Embroidery and Knit Fabric.

• Train, motivate, and manage production staff to optimize their performance and foster a positive work environment.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements in the production area.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
