Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent.
∎ Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid- to senior-level roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce needs.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and support organizational growth.
∎ Oversee the PMS to drive employee productivity, engagement, and development.
∎ Prepare and present analytical HR reports and performance insights to senior leadership for informed, data-driven decisions.
∎ Conduct salary benchmarking and optimize compensation structures to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity.
∎ Address employee concerns proactively, mediate workplace conflicts, and manage grievance resolution fairly and effectively.
∎ Ensure daily HR operations, providing end-to-end HR support to both corporate and factory teams.
