∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
∎ Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in Training & Development, preferably in a group or conglomerate setting.
∎ Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
∎ Proven ability to manage multiple training projects across different industries or sectors.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
∎ Ability to travel to regional offices/factories.
∎ Professional certifications such as TOT, CIPD, or SHRM.
∎ Experience working in diversified industries (e.g., RMG, FMCG, Financial Services, TELCO).
∎ Familiarity with modern learning methods, including blended and digital learning.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategic Learning Design: Develop and implement comprehensive training and development strategies that align with the organizational vision and the specific needs of each business unit.
∎ Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct structured assessments across group companies to identify skill gaps and prioritise learning interventions.
∎ Program Development & Delivery: Design, develop, and facilitate a wide range of learning programs including leadership development, compliance training, technical upskilling, and soft skills enhancement.
∎ Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, departmental heads, and senior leadership to create standardised onboarding processes and employee development frameworks.
∎ Learning Culture & Engagement: Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, driving employee engagement and retention through innovative learning solutions.
∎ Performance Evaluation: Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness and return on investment (ROI), using performance data, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
∎ Digital Learning Management: Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) operations, manage e-learning platforms, training calendars, and maintain comprehensive training documentation.
∎ External Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external training providers and consultants for specialized learning solutions.
∎ Compliance & Standards Alignment: Ensure training programs adhere to industry compliance standards such as BSCI, SEDEX, and WRAP.
∎ Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present training reports and dashboards for senior management decision-making.
∎ Position Summary:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the Training & Development function for a diversified group of companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic learning initiatives that enhance organizational performance across multiple business units RMG, FINANCIAL SERVICES, TELCO.
