RFL Group, one of Bangladesh’s largest and most diversified manufacturing conglomerates, known for its plastics, electronics, furniture, and industrial products, is seeking a dedicated Compliance Manager to strengthen its factory compliance operations. The role will ensure adherence to Bangladesh Labor Law, buyer requirements, social and environmental standards, and internal corporate policies. The ideal candidate will oversee audits, maintain documentation, implement corrective actions, and support ethical, safe, and legally compliant factory practices across RFL’s manufacturing units. This position requires strong knowledge of compliance systems and experience in managing factory audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Position: Manager / Senior Manager - Compliance
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act, safety regulations, environmental laws, and buyer Codes of Conduct through continuous monitoring and policy updates.
Lead and coordinate all social, environmental, technical, security, and buyer-specific factory audits with proper preparation and documentation commonly all required in Bangladesh.
Prepare the factory for scheduled and unannounced audits through internal audits, gap assessments, mock audits, and cross-functional reviews.
Review audit findings, develop Corrective Action Plans and ensure timely closure of all non-compliances.
Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready documentation including HR files, wage records, permits, and safety documents.
Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with legal requirements on wages, working hours, overtime, manpower ratios, benefits, and worker rights.
Conduct routine compliance and safety inspections to identify risks, violations, and improvement opportunities.
Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of all statutory licenses and permits required by regulatory authorities.
Coordinate with HR, Admin, Production, and EHS teams to ensure effective implementation of compliance standards factory-wide.
Act as the main liaison with buyers, auditors, government officials, and certification bodies to facilitate audits, inspections, and evaluations smoothly.
