  • Who We’re Looking For: Professional Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR management is essential, with a proven track record of successful recruitment. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Advanced HR certifications are advantageous.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Team Leadership & Supervision: Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure productivity within the team.  
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline administrative processes to improve organizational efficiency.  Ensure that all departments have the necessary administrative support to meet their goals. Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general office maintenance. 
  • Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage administrative budgets, track expenditures, and control costs. Oversee the procurement of office supplies and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness.  
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to company policies, as well as legal regulations. Create or update administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Organize meetings, manage schedules, and handle executive correspondence. 
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term planning and strategic initiatives, especially regarding office and administrative operations. Identify and address potential operational challenges, suggesting improvements when necessary.
  • Technology & Systems Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of office technology and systems. Work with IT departments to ensure that administrative tools are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
