Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Proven experience (8 years) in HR management roles, with a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent working proficiency in HR software and MS-Excel and workable knowledge in PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in writing English.
- Should be elegant, energetic, self-motivated & have a pleasant personality.
Responsibilities & Context: HR Role:
- Develop and implement HR programs that support business objectives including competitive compensation and
- benefit programs, regulatory compliance programs, organizational development and payroll administration and
- employee record management.
- Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
- Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
- Develop and implement HR strategies, implement HR Plan, policies, initiatives, Code of Conduct of the
- company with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and implement human resources programs and policies and periodically updates policies and procedures
- handbooks.
- Support management in conducting performance reviews; promote motivational career paths, and monitor and
- foster talent.
Compliance:
- Monitoring & supervising all the legal issues for contracts/agreement with the client.
- Ensure that project contracts have preferred contractual protections and that standard terms are used .
- Provides feedback and manage project contract terms in alignment with company policies and commercial
- Objectives.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and statutory registrations.
- Supervision and documentation of all official agreement, License and others .
