Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategic HR Management:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
∎ Plan and oversee the HR budget.
∎ Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
∎ Design and execute recruitment processes to attract top talent.
∎ Collaborate with department heads for workforce planning.
∎ Employee Relations and Engagement:
∎ Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
∎ Address employee grievances and mediate disputes when necessary.
∎ Performance Management:
∎ Implement performance appraisal systems to enhance productivity.
∎ Provide coaching and training for employee growth and development.
∎ Compliance and Policies:
∎ Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
∎ Update and maintain the employee handbook and company policies.
∎ Learning and Development:
∎ Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees.
∎ Identify and address organizational learning gaps.
∎ HR Operations:
∎ Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
∎ Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processesAdministrative Management:
