Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
∎ MBA major in HRM or PGDPM or PGDHRM from any reputed organization.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM,PGDPM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement, Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR policies and Procedures:
∎ Develop HR strategies: Generate, stream-lined and maintain all HR policies and procedures: Propose and recommend change of the policies: Ensure and monitor implementation of the policies.
∎ Recruitment and Selection:
∎ Manpower planning
∎ Organizational structure review
∎ Develop effective recruitment policy and system
∎ Ensure selection of right people for the right job
∎ Ensure updated job description for all the employees.
∎ Compensation and Benefits:
∎ Review and update salary and benefits to ensure competitiveness with the market
∎ Ensure motivational strategy and different motivational programs
∎ Develop and implement reward and recognition program
∎ Ensure salary survey and market survey
∎ Review of salary structure and nomenclature
∎ Ensure timely payment of employees' salary
∎ Ensure payment of different allowances.
∎ Performance Management System/Annual Appraisal:
∎ Develop and implement an effective performance management system
∎ Ensure proper education to the staff on performance management system
∎ Co-ordinate with the functional heads for appropriate application of the system
∎ Ensure justified reward, increase and promotion based on the system
∎ Ensure consequence management of the performance management system
∎ Human Resources Information Management:
∎ Ensure development of required HR information database
∎ Ensure an updated HR database
∎ Ensure monthly HR Report
∎ Employee Relations and Staff Transitions:
∎ Ensure employee counseling and grievance handling through a systematic approach
∎ Ensure employees' uniform management
∎ Handling different disciplinary actions i.e. warning, termination, dismissal etc.
∎ Administer transfer, promotions etc.
∎ Training and Development:
∎ Develop staff development strategies and recommend short and long range courses of action:
∎ Generate, maintain and review the employees' required competency
∎ Conduct new employees' orientation and re-orientation program
∎ Identify training needs for the employee
∎ Plan, develop and implement in-house training program in cost effective manner
∎ Organize staff development program through external trainers
∎ Ensure career and succession planning.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
