Education:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Age 25 to 40 years

• At least 3 years proven record/ experience in Costing Department

• Knowledge and ability in the use of software applications i.e. ERP,SAP,TALLY etc.

• Computer Literacy, MS excel in particular

• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

• Sound independent judgement.

• Cost estimation, Process analysis, SMV Calculation, material utilization, time & motion studies, capacity planning, continuous improvement, data analysis & reporting & cross functional collaboration

• Specialize in overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of quality in production processes

• More focused under cost factor, managing budget, and operational overhead cost;

• Monitoring factory Pilot process;

• Continuous upgradation factory DATA BANK for best operation /process to enhance business productivity;

• Coordinate production workflow & all supportive activities to achieve the business goal;

• Track and monitor factory operation & bottleneck point and taking initiative to solve it for smooth production flow;

• Recommends the best methods of space, manpower, material, and equipment utilization in production facilities;

• Find out bottleneck areas and analysis and stick to the problem until settled and clear

• Recommend new ideas and methods for increasing productivity and improving quality

• Maintaining and tracking inventory.

• Provide product costing expertise to Product Development team during product creation cycles to advise on key cost drivers and options to adjust costs to meet margin targets.

• Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets managing budgets after completion of Job.

• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
