Hands-on experience in Audit function particularly in Real Estate industry.
Knowledge in TaIIy Software, MS Excel & MS Word is essential.
Capable to report both in English & Bangla.
Responsibilities & Context:
Audit of Bank & Cash transactions ensuring proper compliance with local laws & regulations.
In-depth scrutiny of monthly sales collection confirming proper deposit with documentation.
Audit of “Bank Reconciliation Statements” confirming monthly preparation by accounts.
Ensure timely adjustment of advances (Bank & Cash Advance).
Monthly audit of TDS & VDS ensuring timely deposit under proper name & code.
Field Visit to different projects for audit purposes (Financial & Inventory Inspection).
Maintain audit working papers with evidences & file accordingly.
Monthly reporting to Audit-in-charge in proper format in due time.
Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
