Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 32 years
  • The candidate shall have 5-6 years of experience in any front-line Real Estate Company, minimum as Manager.

  • Practical experience in land acquisition, title verification and litigation management is essential.

  • The candidate shall have skill and competence in negotiation and dispute resolution.

  • Demonstrate high ethical standards, integrity and confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation systems is essential.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage all legal activities relating to land acquisition, joint venture projects and property development.

  • Verify title deeds, mutation records, khatians, maps, land tax records and other ownership documents.

  • Draft, review and vet Sale Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Vendor & Contractor Agreements, Power of Attorney, Legal Notices etc.

  • Maintain effective liaison with Ministry of Housing & Public Works, RAJUK, Sub-Registry Offices, AC (Land) Offices etc.

  • Coordinate verification of land records with Sub-Registry Office, AC (Land) Office, Land Survey Office, RAJUK, City Corporation and other relevant authorities.

  • Manage all civil, criminal, land, writ, commercial and regulatory cases involving the Company.

  • Coordinate with external lawyers regarding court cases and legal proceedings

  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses, registrations and statutory approvals.

  • Maintain proper custody of original title deeds, Agreements, Court documents, Legal notices, Government approvals, Registration documents.

  • Coordinate with Logistics, Engineering, Sales, Finance and departments

  • Any other task given by the management.
