Responsibilities & Context:
Afifa Incubator is one of the growing incubator manufacturing and agro-based companies in Bangladesh. We manufacture incubators, sell farming equipment, and provide training services to farmers across the country. We are looking for a dedicated and trustworthy Accounts, Inventory & VAT Executive to strengthen our finance and inventory management system.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Management
Daily cash book maintenance
Bank, Bkash and Nagad transaction recording
Purchase and expense entry
Sales verification and reporting
Receivable and payable management
Inventory Management
Raw material stock management
Finished product inventory control
Inventory software management
Stock reconciliation and verification
Monthly stock reporting
VAT & Tax Support
Maintain VAT-related documents and registers
Support VAT return preparation
Coordinate with tax and VAT consultants
Maintain compliance-related records
Reporting
Daily sales and cash report
Weekly inventory report
Monthly Profit & Loss summary
Management dashboard preparation
Educational Requirements
B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Accounting, Finance or related field)
Experience Requirements
1-3 years experience in Accounts, Inventory or Finance
Experience in inventory software operation will be given preference
Fresh candidates with strong accounting skills may also apply
