Job Context

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and result-oriented Manager – Accounts & Finance for our Ready Mix Concrete Company. The incumbent will lead the Accounts, Finance, Audit, Tax, VAT and Consultancy functions by planning, monitoring and controlling all financial activities while ensuring statutory compliance and supporting business growth.

·        Job Responsibilities

·        Plan, monitor and control Accounts, Finance, Audit and Consultancy functions.

·        Prepare annual budget, business plan and cash flow forecast.

·        Ensure accurate accounting records and timely month-end/year-end closing.

·        Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements and management reports.

·        Coordinate internal and external audits.

·        Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, Companies Act and other statutory requirements.

·        Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks and regulatory authorities.

·        Open LC, operate bank loan and loan disbursement & recovery

·        Prepare and maintain fixed assets register.

·        Monitoring and ensuring TDS/VDS deduction at source and confirm the deposit within stipulated time.

·        Prepared Withholding Tax return submission on date.

·         Monitor cost, profitability and working capital.

·        Supervise Accounts & Finance team and improve internal controls.

·        Perform any other assignment assigned by Management.
