Job Context:
∎ CDC Concrete Ltd. established in 2021.CDC Ready-mix Concrete started maneuvering in the country with a view to supply high quality ready-mix to participate in the prestigious constructions of private and public project that can contribute to the nations` development and prosperity.
∎ We are looking for an Energetic and Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person as Asst. Manager/Manager (Sales & Marketing) for Ready-mix Concrete Industry, who has experience in the relevant field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales & Marketing of Ready-mix Concrete Products.
∎ Visit existing and Prospective customer for marketing of Ready-mix Concrete.
∎ Regular follow up with clients.
∎ Building-up with a broader client base.
∎ Pursue collection of receivables from clients.
∎ Develop sales promotional plan considering market requirement.
∎ Provide monthly & Yearly sales forecasting for product availability & production planning and for future growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Motorcycle Driving skill with valid license mandatory.
∎ Good Communication skills.
∎ Negotiation & Persuasion skills.
∎ Target Oriented
