Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
Good knowledge of construction market and dealer network
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market presence.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, dealers, and distributors.
Conduct regular market visits to promote products and generate sales leads.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence.
