Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and control concrete quality from batching plant to site delivery.
Perform and supervise routine tests (slump, compressive strength, temperature, density etc.)
Ensure compliance with ASTM/BS/ACI standards and company QC protocols.
Check and verify raw material quality (cement, aggregates, admixtures, water).
Provide technical problem-solving support for mix design, cracks, segregation, and strength variation.
Conduct site visits to inspect pouring, curing, shuttering, and finishing, and resolve site-related issues.
Investigate quality complaints and prepare technical reports with corrective actions.
Maintain QC documentation, test records, and share results with management and clients.
Coordinate with Production, Operations, and Client teams to ensure smooth concreting works.
