Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an HR & Admin Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.
∎ HR & Admin Officer responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies, and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.
∎ Ultimately, you will make sure all HR and Administrative operations run smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage recruitment, salary negotiation, hiring, and on-boarding process for new staff
∎ Update job descriptions and define qualifications and professional requirements for each position in collaboration with the objective of the team, as needed
∎ Develop, upgrade and implement HR and Administration Policies up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR & Admin operation within the company
∎ Ensuring effective human resource planning - the best balance between employees and jobs and also avoiding shortage and surplus of manpower in the organization
∎ Create shift model, scheduling, duty roster, production planning and allocate and assign adequate number of employees for overtime as and when needed
∎ Collect and analyze timesheets, calculate overtime, any statutory withholding and deductions, and other payroll reports
∎ Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management, Payroll Generate, Compensation Benefit & Incentive Schemes
∎ Establishment of a sound Performance Management System for all employees, staff, and management personnel in the company
∎ Monitoring all the works of the employees to maintain baseline performance and evaluate them accordingly
∎ Keep records of employees performance metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and review them to find any performance gap
∎ Ensure performance review frequently & periodically and take necessary steps to increase work efficiency in the organization
∎ Present reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of recruitments, turnover, increments, and promotions
∎ Developing an adequate induction, training, and supporting employment opportunities for professional development
∎ Organizing training requirements for different employees in different departments and take definitive measures in order to bring out the full potential within them
∎ Prepare budgets for general operational and entertainment costs, employee training, recruitments, promotional activities, and branding
∎ Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies and guide the employees through them thoroughly
∎ Develop SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and implement them successfully
∎ Design HR policies, procedures, and updating of Organogram
∎ Preparing, updating, and implementing the company policies and employees handbook
∎ Supervise effective succession plans for all employees and departments
∎ Respond to employees' queries and needs and convey them to proper management in order to ensure necessary steps to fulfill or mitigate them
∎ Communicate with legal advisors and labor office in order to successfully implement a good working environment with proper legitimate labor law enforced
∎ Need to have a basic understanding of all licenses regarding maintaining and operating an IT Office
∎ Handle company branding, marketing, and recruitment protocols
∎ Maintain coordination with all the concerned departments
∎ Maintain all kinds of record-keeping registers
∎ Update internal databases with old and new employee information
∎ Maintaining the physical and digital presence of all the personnel records like employment contracts, letters & applications, and other records
∎ Managing and handling office requirements and resource deployment
∎ Overseeing infrastructure management such as Insider Threat Detection, Service Outage (Power or Internet), Electrical and IPS Maintenance, Housekeeping, Facilities and Space Planning plus maintenance of the premises
∎ Ensure a healthy workplace and safe environment
∎ Perform other relevant duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Familiar with current Bangladeshi government regulations, procurement, and operations
∎ Familiar with human resource management and concept including recruitment, training and development, compensation, and benefits (payroll), organization development, and general affairs
∎ Ability to problems solves along with solid analytical skills, understanding business processes, and systems optimization.
∎ Highly organized in planning, giving directions/explaining procedures, and maintaining documentation
∎ Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills
∎ High-Level Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheet & Payroll and Accounting Software
∎ Good Communication Skills in English (Verbal & Written)
∎ Attention to Detail with an Emphasis on Accuracy.
∎ Employee Counseling and Grievance Handling
∎ Maintenance of Employees Personal File
∎ Managing Leaves & Attendance
∎ Improving Employee Morale
∎ Stationary Management
∎ Housekeeping Activities

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be dispatched on the 15th day of each month
