Additional Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B or creative (image‑editing/design) services.
Proven success in lead generation, cold email/social outreach, and managing teams.
Excellent English written and verbal communication.
Skilled in using CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Leadership experience with hands-on team supervision.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Strategize & Lead digital marketing campaigns tailored for image‑editing services and design clients.
- Identify and nurture leads through research tools, market platforms, and outbound outreach.
- Plan & execute cold email and social media outreach campaigns targeting photographers, e‑commerce sellers, creative agencies.
- Manage and coach the lead generation team—ensuring streamlined prospecting and high lead conversion quality.
- Handle client communications from outreach, onboarding, delivery schedule, to follow-up for satisfaction and retention.
- Perform cold calling to prospective clients and build meaningful relationships that lead to partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production teams to ensure on-time, high-quality image delivery.
- Track performance, maintain and optimize SOPs, and generate insights-driven reports for management.
