Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the recruitment to separation process for factory staff, including production workers, supervisors, and other operational roles.
∎ Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring to meet production demands.
∎ Organize interviews, conduct background checks, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
∎ Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner according to Bangladesh Labor Law
∎ Monitor and ensure the factory complies with labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standard
∎ Oversee the processing of payroll, wage calculation, overtime calculation to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation of personal files, HR databases of staffs and workers.
∎ Maintain regular attendance, leave record, and salary sheet prepared according to Bangladesh labor law.
∎ Foster a positive work environment to improve employee morale and productivity.
