Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains different corporates outsource employee’s payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data. Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system.
- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
- Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
- Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
- Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.
- Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in time sheet and payroll records.
- Ensure potential recruitment for clients in right time and Recruit specialized or technical person for the clients.
- Ensure Recruitment cycle till joining and maintain all kinds of joining formalities.
- Optimize headhunting from the various sources and update continuously on technology.
- Prepare Various Daily, Weekly or Monthly Reports (Headcount, Manpower Movement, Working Hour, Line
- Uphold organizational culture, values and reputation in its market and with the clients.
- Ensure projects are running smoothly without any complain.
- Ensure documentational support both clients and Employees (Different types of letters)
- Ensure administrative support to project coordinator and employees.
- Participates in various external activities (Job fair)
- Customer relationship service management.
- Ad hoc basis Business development.
- Supervises Operation executives and project coordinators to ensure smooth operation.
- Coordination with finance to Invoicing, salary disbursement , payment collection and Vat tax challan collection.
