Experience:
Willingness to travel for field mobilization.
Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, PPT, Browsing usage).
Fluent in Bangla and basic English.
To promote and support community awareness and enrollment in training programs.
To ensure the active participation of targeted groups, especially women and youth — in professional caregiving careers, including elderly care, childcare, and support for persons with disabilities.
1. Community Mobilization for Caregiving and Language Courses.
Conduct door-to-door visits, focus group discussions, and community meetings to raise awareness about caregiving as a career.
Identify and motivate potential candidates for enrollment in caregiving-related CBT&A training programs.
2. Gender-Sensitive Outreach
Design and implement outreach strategies that are inclusive and sensitive to cultural norms, especially in relation to women entering the caregiving workforce.
3. Enrollment & Candidate Support to Job placement
Assist candidates in the application and registration process for caregiving courses.
Support trainees in preparing required documentation (ID, education certificates, health clearance if needed).
Ensure selected candidates understand the expectations and outcomes of the training.
Build and Maintain relationship with Employers, teams and recruitments agency.
Identify job opportunities aligned with trainee’s skills sets.
Maintain Placement data employer feedback and MIS report.
4. Coordination with Training Providers & Employers
Work closely with accredited TVET institutions delivering caregiving courses.
Manage day to day operation of the training Center.
Coordinate with care homes, hospitals, NGOs, and home care providers for potential internships or job placement.
Facilitate linkages between trainees and real-world caregiving employment opportunities.
5. Post-Training Follow-up
Monitor graduates' employment status—whether they are working in health facilities, private homes, or abroad.
Support graduates in accessing additional training or certification if required (e.g., language skills, international caregiver accreditation).
6. Record-Keeping and Reporting
Maintain detailed records of mobilization activities, trainee profiles, and success stories.
Submit regular reports to the project coordinator, including challenges, lessons learned, and feedback from the community.
7. Collaboration & Reporting
Coordinate with admin, procurement, and project teams for smooth training execution.
Participate in trainer meetings, refreshers, and evaluation reviews.
Experience in learner mobilization or community engagement preferred.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
