Responsibilities & Context:

Flixza Group (Formally Known as Bagan Group) is looking for a dedicated and responsible Junior HR & Admin Officer who will primarily work closely with management to ensure proper discipline, administration, and overall employee compliance. The role includes regular monitoring of employee accommodation, maintaining dress code standards, and supporting A to Z HR & Admin activities for smooth organizational operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work directly under management and provide full HR & Admin support

  • Regularly visit and monitor employee accommodation and ensure proper living conditions

  • Maintain updated records of employee accommodation and related arrangements

  • Ensure strict compliance with the company dress code and corporate behavior

  • Monitor employee discipline, punctuality, and overall conduct

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave updates

  • Assist in preparing HR letters, notices, and reports

  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including office management and logistics

  • Ensure implementation of company policies and management instructions

  • Handle any HR & Admin-related tasks as assigned by management
