Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in any discipline from any reputed university preferably from any public university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle Worker Recruitment & Selection Procedure.
∎ Prepared to work in different shifts including Night Shift.
∎ Preparing salary & wages, allowances, incentives, OT payment & bonus sheets as per company policy for Security & Cleaner.
∎ Necessary supports to compliance team during buyer's audit.
∎ To assist & report to accordingly
∎ Payroll management. Oversee the process of salary disbursement, loan, advance, allowances, leave, incentives, maternity leave benefit payments, festival bonus and leave encasement, etc.
∎ Keep update all related HR policies including employee service book in HR database.
∎ Expert in file/ documentation management and capable of handling and use HRIS.
∎ Employee development, motivational issues, disciplinary action etc.
∎ Perform other duties as when assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Should have sound knowledge about pay structure and salary & wages components of employees.
∎ Necessary supports to compliance team during buyer's audit.
∎ Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
∎ Excellent skills.
∎ Be hardworking, passionate and have a can-do attitude.
∎ Good at problem-solving skills and self-study skills as well as learn new skills in a time-sensitive environment.
∎ Strong Knowledge in Excel Database tables, queries, records for Generate of production Reports and the ability to adopt new technologies.
∎ Ability to work in roaster duty (3 Shift).
