Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
∎ Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure optimal network operations.
∎ Maintain and administer servers, mail servers including installation, configuration, and regular updates.
∎ Implement backup and recovery procedures to safeguard data integrity.
∎ Monitor server performance and ensure system reliability.
∎ Manage and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
∎ Ensure software updates and patches are applied in a timely manner.
∎ Implement security measures to protect IT systems and data from threats and unauthorized access.
∎ Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards. Ensure IT related audit with proper authentication.
∎ Provide technical support to factory employees, addressing hardware and software-related issues.
∎ Collaborate with external vendors for technical support and maintenance contracts.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
∎ Generate regular reports on network and system performance.
∎ Monitor IT resource usage and plan for capacity expansion as needed to support business growth.
∎ Any others works assign by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
∎ Proven work experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
∎ Proficiency in network administration, server management, and hardware troubleshooting.
∎ Strong knowledge of IT security practices and data protection.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team.
∎ Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
