∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ B.Sc. in Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE) / Textile Engineering from a reputed university.
∎ Diploma holders with strong practical experience in IE & Planning may also apply.

∎ Age 27 to 38 years
∎ 3 to 4 years of experience in IE & Planning within a woven/knit garments factory.
∎ Strong knowledge of line balancing, work study, and productivity improvement techniques.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); IE-related software will be an added advantage.
∎ Good communication and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
∎ Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities.

∎ Conduct line balancing to optimize manpower and machine utilization.
∎ Develop efficient line layouts based on style, product type, and capacity.
∎ Perform work study and motion study to identify areas of improvement.
∎ Measure and analyze line and operator efficiency; prepare related reports.
∎ Conduct training programs for sewing operators to improve skills and boost productivity.
∎ Assist in capacity planning, style changeover management, and process improvement initiatives.
∎ Implement methods and process improvements to maximize output.
∎ Collaborate with production, planning, quality, and technical teams to meet production targets.
∎ Independently handle IE and planning activities with minimal supervision.

∎ We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced professional to join our Industrial Engineering and Planning team. The selected candidate will play a critical role in enhancing productivity and ensuring efficient production line operations.
