We are a reputed multinational garments manufacturing company looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee and lead all HR operations at our factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper HR management aligned with company goals, legal compliance, and employee well-being. This is a key leadership role that requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, processing Payroll and employee engagement
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Laws and buyer requirements related to labour practices
Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs in line with company standards and industry best practices
Monitor and maintain employee records, HRIS system, leave and attendance tracking
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution
Plan and execute training & development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity
Work closely with factory management on manpower planning, organisational development, and succession planning
Liaise with government agencies, auditors, buyers, and external stakeholders regarding HR and compliance matters
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive workplace culture
