∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
∎ Monitor the condition of all factory utilities, generators, compressors and electrical systems.
∎ Oversee the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the factory premises.
∎ Ensure proper waste management and compliance with environmental regulations.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and contractors for outsourced facility services.
∎ Ensure the factory electrical, fire & structural safety as per BNBC/NFPA/other govt. authority guidelines.
∎ Conduct regular safety inspections and address hazards promptly.
∎ Follow up the RSC, Nirapon and other inspection CAPs and take necessary measures.
∎ Maintain proper records for audit and inspection
∎ Monitor and control the maintenance budget, ensuring cost efficiency.
∎ Source and procure materials required for repairs and upgrades.
∎ Monitor utility usage (electricity, water, gas) and implement energy-saving initiatives.
∎ Ensure time repairs and uninterrupted utility services to support production processes.
