Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
∎ Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
∎ Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
∎ Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
∎ Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
∎ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
∎ Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
∎ Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update database
∎ Provide expertise in development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts
∎ Collaborate with managers to build KPIs to help optimize their team's engagement and productivity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Looking for a trendsetter having 3-5 years of experience in the core HR field with a bachelor's degree preferably majoring in HR.
∎ This role will be a combination of recruitment, payroll management, HR operations & Reporting.
∎ The incumbent needs to have excellent communication & problem-solving skills, comfortable working in a highly visible role and has the positive attitude.

Salary: Negotiable
