∎ Graduate with Major in Chemical Engineering / Industrial Production Engineering / Naval Engineering/Petroleum Engineering/Marine Engineering or Relevant degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
lubricant sale, Technical Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Fuel/Petroleum, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Present, promote and sell Lubricants to existing and prospective customers and advise and recommend lubricants based on specific needs.
∎ Short & long-term planning (Monthly, Quarterly & Annually) for achieving the value & volume target as set by the organization.
∎ Drive thyself to implement sales strategies
∎ Analyze daily, weekly & monthly report and take corrective measures to achieve the team goal.
∎ Frequently client visit for business growth and development.
∎ Strict and focused on targets and achievements.
∎ Perform the demonstrations of "Value Sales".
∎ Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
∎ Fulfil any other work-related duties assigned by reporting Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ The candidate must have sales thrust with effective Communication skill. He must be Target driven, details oriented and customer focused and open to travel.
∎ Sales experience preferably but the sectors which are related to Lubricants, Industrial Products, Generators, Compressors, Industrial Machineries, Boilers, LPG, Gases etc. will get preference.
∎ Ability to work in a team environment.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to perform multi-tasking.
∎ Excellent Computer skills in MS Office - Word, Excel & Power Point
Salary: Negotiable
