Educational Requirements:
∎ Business or Engineering Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sales in the Government Sector.
∎ Participating in all types of tenders. e.g. OTM-Two Envelope, One Envelope, DPM, LTM, CPTU processes.
∎ Short & long-term planning (Monthly, Quarterly & Annually) for achieving the value & volume target as set by the organization.
∎ Work closely with the Government bodies/Autonomous bodies to set up and maintain a successful demo period, being available to answer questions and trouble-shoot as needed.
∎ Maintain close relationship with the Government key stakeholders.
∎ Prepares sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales information, competitions/market information and application trends.
∎ Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancement.
∎ Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations that explain key technical aspects of solutions that will benefit customers and prospects.
∎ Provide answers to client questions about our product, servicing, and other technical aspects of the product.
∎ Research the industry on an on-going basis to know what changes may be on the horizon that will impact current and future sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
∎ Excellent presentation and creativity skills
∎ Willingness to travel and devote long hours to challenging sales projects
∎ Good at reporting through MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Selling experience to the government/autonomous organizations.
∎ Active participations of Govt. Tenders with remarkable track records.
∎ Govt. & Tender Sales Experience in Lubricants/Automobile Industry will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
