Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, BDjobs, and other relevant platforms.
∎ Assist in the full recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
∎ Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.
∎ Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process via phone, email, and in-person.
∎ Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition.
∎ Support employee development initiatives, such as training programs and performance reviews.
∎ Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment for all employees.
∎ Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively and professionally.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
∎ Assist with the administration of employee payroll and benefits.
∎ Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
∎ Employment Type: Full-time | On-site
∎ Working Schedule: Saturday - Thursday, 48 hours/week
