Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and supporting documentation.
∎ Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
∎ Prepare and process payments to vendors.
∎ Reconcile vendor statements.
∎ Analyze financial data, prepare and present financial reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) to management.
∎ Perform bank reconciliations, reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.
∎ Process employee payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment.
∎ Manage employee benefits and deductions.
∎ Monitor and analyze company expenses to identify areas for cost optimization and improve budgetary control.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
∎ Employment Type: Full-time | On-site
∎ Working Schedule: Saturday - Thursday, 48 hours/week

∎ The Accounts Officer plays a crucial role in the success of Retail Remedy. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely recording, monitoring, and reporting of all company financial transactions, including inflows and outflows.
