Job Context:
∎ Divine Mercy Hospital Ltd. (DMHL) is a 300 bedded multi-disciplinary hospital set to start its operation from April 2023. It is a dynamic project of The Christian Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. (CCCUL) Dhaka which is located on the outskirts of Dhaka city at proximity to the Dhaka By Pass National Highway at Mothbari, Ulukhola Kaligonj under the District of Gazipur (approx. 12 kilometers from Kuril, Bishwaroad).
∎ DMHL has been established with the aim of providing quality health care services at affordable costs to the people of all segments of the society of Bangladesh having almost all clinical departments under one roof which will enable to deliver proper integrated services to the patients. One stop state of the art Diagnostic Services will be one of its major features including 24 hours emergency and ambulance services, with round the clock doctors, available for treatment of various discipline.
∎ The hospital is seeking application for the following positions who would be interested to join in the journey to provide quality services with love, care and compassion.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop all relevant formats, prepare job circular, shortlisting of CVs, candidate assessment, score sheets, reference check, Appointment letter, etc. based on guidance of HR Manager.
∎ Maintain and update staff's personnel records related to hiring, personnel information, transferring, promoting, training, separation and performance appraisal etc.
∎ Support HR Manager to orient HR policies, procedures, standards to new and existing staff.
∎ Support HR Manager to provide information for preparing payroll, final settlement of outgoing staff, issue staff ID card, and update HRIS. To organize some events such as Team building activities, celebration of different days, staff farewell etc.
∎ Leave Management process and documentation etc.
∎ Contribute to develop overall HR strategies, SOP, systems and tactics across the organization.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Ensure disciplinary procedures are made in an appropriate manner based on guidance of HR Manager.
∎ Perform any other assignments are given by the supervisor/authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge and practical experience in operating HRIS, ICT particularly on MS Excel and MS Word (both Bangla & English), Power Point etc. is essential.
∎ Good in communication both in writing and speaking in English.
∎ Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
∎ Knowledge and practical experience in operating HRIS
