  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.



Responsibilities & Context:

As an HR Intern, you will assist with:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Support the full recruitment cycle by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications. Assist with job postings on various platforms.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Help prepare for new hire orientations, assemble welcome packages, and ensure a smooth first-day experience. Assist with exit interview coordination and data entry.

  • HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in our HR Information System (HRIS). Assist with filing, audits, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Employee Engagement & Communications: Contribute to planning and executing internal events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives. Help draft internal communications and update the company intranet.

  • Learning & Development: Support the coordination of training sessions, track participation, and help gather feedback.
