Responsibilities & Context:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of hospital staff, including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative personnel.
Liaise with department heads to forecast hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation, ensuring all new employees are briefed on hospital policies, and HR procedures.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, contracts, and benefits.
Conduct exit interviews to analyze turnover trends and provide recommendations for retention.
Maintain accurate employee records for payroll processing, including attendance, leave, overtime, and on-call duties.
Ensure timely process of payroll related data to the Finance & Accounts department to facilitate accurate salary disbursement.
Participate in salary benchmarking and job evaluation exercises for hospital staff.
Ensure the hospital remains compliant with all local labor laws and healthcare industry regulations regarding working hours, contracts, and staff credentials.
Maintain the Hospital Information System (HIS) with up-to-date employee data.
Prepare monthly HR reports on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment status for senior management.
Perform any other task assigned by the manager from time to time.
