Responsibilities & Context:
Lead OT dept under Nursing Dept
Follow as schedule of OT
Coordinate with Surgeon, OT other staff
Communication with all Staff as needed
Report daily, weekly, monthly as required about duty
Ensure self discipline of Hospital practice, Plus ensure for other staff in self dept
Any assigned job from Management
