Oversee day-to-day operations across diagnostic and healthcare branches to ensure high standards of service, patient care, and efficiency.
Follow and Develop and execute business growth strategies, establish corporate partnerships, and drive revenue targets for diagnostic tests and healthcare services.
Maintain strict compliance with national healthcare regulations, diagnostic quality standards, and safety protocols.
Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including administration, customer service, medical technologists, and sales staff.
Build and sustain strong professional relationships with doctors, specialists, and medical networks for referral growth.
Oversee branch budgets, operational costs, procurement of diagnostic supplies/equipment, and financial reporting.
