Responsibilities & Context:
Deliver scientific information to Surgeon/Health Care Professionals about surgical suture materials, Blood Gluco meter through face-to-face interactions and digital platforms.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with medical experts & purchase Dept. through regular visits and a range of engagement initiatives.
Listens and understands doctors, surgeons, distributor problems and provides proper solutions.
Responsible for the achievements of sales and operational targets as decided.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target
Plan, organize, and support scientific and promotional events, ensuring active involvement of national-level medical experts in collaboration with marketing, medical, and cross-functional teams.
Consistently achieve business targets and key commercial excellence KPIs.
Demonstrate and role-model the organization’s values, ethics, and compliance standards in all aspects of work.
Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by the company.
