• Deliver scientific information to Health Care Professionals through face-to-face interactions and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with medical experts & purchase Dept. through regular visits and a range of engagement initiatives.
• Listens and understands doctors, surgeons, distributor problems and provides proper solutions.
• Responsible for the achievements of sales and operational targets as decided.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target
• Plan, organize, and support scientific and promotional events, ensuring active involvement of national-level medical experts in collaboration with marketing, medical, and cross-functional teams.
• Consistently achieve business targets and key commercial excellence KPIs.
• Demonstrate and role-model the organization’s values, ethics, and compliance standards in all aspects of work.
• Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by the company.
