Job Summary/Brief

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and oversee various HR functions within our Facility Management company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining skilled professionals across facility operations, maintenance, and support services, while fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent. Responsibilities include preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies on relevant platforms (e.g., Bdjobs, LinkedIn), screening CVs, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding of new hires. Additionally, oversee the offboarding process, including handling employee terminations when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and maintaining professionalism and sensitivity throughout the exit process.

Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and foster positive employee relations to nurture a collaborative and productive work culture.

Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems and employee development programs to drive high performance.

Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits plans, including payroll processing assistance, leave management, and insurance schemes, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with industry standards.

HRIS and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases (both physical files and HRIS), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Training & Development: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Reporting: Prepare HR reports and provide data-driven insights (e.g., turnover rates, time-to-hire) to management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in HRM or a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM is an added advantage.

Experience: Proven experience (e.g., 2+ years) as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.

Knowledge: Thorough understanding of general human resources policies, procedures, and best practices. In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and regulations is essential.

Skills:

Outstanding communication (written and verbal in both English and Bangla) and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR management software (HRIS).

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a results-driven approach.
