Job Context:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The HR Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company’s goals. This position requires a proactive professional who can foster a positive workplace culture, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding of new employees.

  2. Develop and implement training, development, and succession planning programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

  3. Conduct performance appraisals, monitor key performance indicators, and provide coaching and feedback to employees.

  4. Design and manage compensation, benefits, promotions, and recognition programs to retain and motivate staff.

  5. Maintain strong employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a healthy, productive work environment.

  6. Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, HR regulations, and internal company policies.

  7. Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation for audits and management purposes.

  8. Advise management on HR-related matters, organizational changes, and strategic planning.

  9. Promote a positive organizational culture through employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team-building activities.

  10. Stay updated with HR trends, best practices, and new labor regulations to continuously improve HR processes.
