Experience:
MBA in Human Resource Management or relevant field from a reputed educational institute. Postgraduate Diploma in HRM will be an added advantage
Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant field; Pharmaceuticals industry related experience is preferable.
Sound knowledge of the Bangladesh Labor Act, 2006 and its amendments.
Strong exposure to Performance Management Systems (PMS), including KPI setting and monitoring.
Experience in training and development coordination.
Proven ability in employee engagement, discipline handling, and grievance management.
Experience in payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and shift management.
Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS operation, and personnel file management.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational and business objectives.

To support this goal and strengthen the existing team we are looking for ambitious, results-driven, and committed individuals for the following position.
Job Description
To monitor recruitment & selection activities for management & non-management employee recruitment.
To monitor canteen, transport pool, housekeeping, security management activities.
To monitor housekeeping & beautification of plant premises.
To monitor EHS related activities.
To monitor monthly attendance sheet, overtime & night shift allowance summary.
To look after discipline related issues at factory premises as per country`s labor law & rules.
To initiate and co-ordinate all Annual appraisal of staffs of the factory.
To liaison with local elites & govt. administration authorities to ensure smooth industrial relations and operation of the Factory.
To coordinate timely renewal of certificates and licenses and all the legal documentation as per legal requirement.
To prepare yearly budget of factory HR & Admin Department.
To ensure dormitory management.
Any other project (if any) as and when required by the management.
Job Location: EREBA Capsules plant, Bhaluka, Mymensingh, Frequent field visit with sales team will be required
