Job Description
Operate the capsule filling machine during product trials and provide complete technical support based on customer requirements.
Monitor and verify machine parameters, fill weight, locking quality, and capsule appearance throughout the trial process to ensure product accuracy and consistency.
Visit customer facilities to attend and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely and effective problem-solving.
Assist in diagnosing and addressing basic mechanical problems related to the capsule filling machine.
Respond to and resolve product-related queries during and after product trials, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Perform any additional responsibilities, assignments, or special projects as assigned by management.
Job Location
EREBA Capsules plant, Bhaluka, Mymensingh, Frequent field visit with sales team will be required
