Responsibilities & Context:
Job Description
Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols across the organization.
Regularly review and upgrade security measures in line with industry best practices and organizational needs.
Respond promptly to security breaches, suspicious activities, or emergency situations.
Provide regular training, guidance, and supervision to security personnel on safety protocols and emergency response.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of security staff.
Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, local authorities, and other stakeholders for maintaining security.
Oversee security arrangements during special events, VIP visits, and emergency drills.
Perform other duties or projects assigned by the management.
