Experience:
Talent Sourcing & Attraction:
Collaborate closely with department heads (especially Distribution and Sales) to deeply understand their hiring needs.
Write and publish clear, compelling, and accurate job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
Proactively source talent through modern channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, tech communities, professional networks, university partnerships, and employee referrals.
Candidate Screening & Assessment:
Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the technical and experiential requirements.
Conduct insightful initial phone and video screenings to assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
Utilize your strong understanding of people to look beyond the surface, identifying candidates with true potential versus those with just a polished CV.
Interview & Selection Coordination:
Act as the gatekeeper for our senior management's time; determine which candidates have earned an interview with our "top bosses."
Coordinate and manage a seamless interview process for candidates and internal interviewers.
Prepare and brief candidates for interviews and provide them with timely, constructive feedback.
Recruitment Operations:
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, with a strong focus on technology and data roles.
Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all data is clean, organized, and up-to-date.
Assist in negotiating offers, preparing employment contracts, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Executive, preferably within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations-heavy industries.
Operations & Logistics Mindset: Strong understanding of operational roles, workforce planning, and the realities of logistics environments (shifts, KPIs, field operations).
Strong People Judgment: Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to assess reliability, discipline, and growth potential.
Decisive & Detail-Oriented: Confident in making hiring decisions and filtering out unsuitable candidates to protect operational efficiency and leadership time.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth logistics or startup environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
